
Lynnea brings extensive experience designing and implementing personal and large-scale organization effectiveness interventions. Equally at ease among a highly diverse clientele, from boardrooms on Wall Street to Native American Tribal Councils, her presence generates productive and compassionate communication.
She is currently Vice President of Flath & Associates Consulting Inc., CT, a full-service Human Resources firm, voted “#1 Business of the Year” by the Small Business Administration. She has served an integral role in both business and strategic development for Flath & Associates from 1995-present.
Her consulting activities include revitalizing multinational organizations (including: Ace Hardware, Spalding, Intel, American Express, AIG, Met Life), structuring small businesses and non-profit organizations, facilitating large and small group meetings toward the triple bottom-line results of people, profit and sustainability.

- Project Coordinator, Eastern Workforce Investment Board, for a team of trainers to assist the State of Connecticut and other stakeholders in a layoff with General Dynamics/Electric Boat. Facilitated a project in which dislocated workers could receive hands-on Career Transition Assistance in crafting resumes, marketing and interviewing
- Project Coordinator, Foxwoods Casino and Resort, designed and implemented a performance management program for 1800 Supervisors, including instrumentation and training/coaching

Personal Note
Lynnea can also be found storytelling at the local elementary school and teaching Danskinetics to high school students and the elderly. Of all the roles she plays in her work, her favorite is as 'mother' to her nine year old, Jamie, with whom she practices real-time what she ultimately teaches to her clients.
